How to add a Contact Form to your Linktree

Make it easy for your visitors to get in touch with you by adding a Contact Form to your Linktree. You can collect key information like their name, email, mobile number, and other customized fields.

💡Tip: You can also add a Contact Details link if you'd like your visitors to download your contact information.

Steps to add a contact form


  1. In your Linktree Admin, go to the My Linktree page.

    • 📱Using your mobile device? Tap Edit first.

  2. Hit the + Add button.

  3. In the URL or App search box, search for "Contact form" and click Add.

  4. Give your link a Title (e.g., “Get in Touch” or “Contact Me”).

  5. Choose Blank Form or select from a template.

  6. Tap Add question to customize the fields on your form, or edit existing ones by selecting the pencil icon.

  7. Use the Label field to specify what you want to ask (e.g., “What’s your name?”).

  8. Select the appropriate Field Type (e.g., phone number, dropdown).

    • 📝 Note: Some field types will have additional options for you to complete.

  9. Tap Save to add your question to your form.

  10. Check the Required box next to each question you'd like to be mandatory.

  11. Tap Save after adding your questions.

  12. Add an optional Introduction at the top of your form to greet visitors.

  13. Personalize the Thank You Message to show appreciation after submission.

  14. Toggle on Custom T&Cs if you want to link to your terms and conditions.

  15. Tap Done to finish setting up your form.

That's it! Your visitors will now be able to send you their details through your contact form.

Turn on email notifications


To receive email notifications when somebody fills out your contact form, make sure you have Get email notifications toggled on in the Audience Settings page.

By default the emails will be sent to the email address on your Linktree account. If you'd like these sent to a different email address, tap the pencil icon and enter a new email address.

💡 Tip: If you can't find your responses in your email inbox, check your Junk, Spam, Promotional, or other alternative folders. If you find them there, mark them as "not spam" to ensure future responses go to your inbox.

See and manage form submissions


Responses to all of your forms can be found in the Audience page in your Linktree admin. Audience is the home for all submissions, including other Audience tools like Subscribe.

Head to the Manage tab to see and filter all responses.

Custom T&Cs


If you'd like to link to custom terms & conditions on your form, toggle on the option to include Custom T&Cs when creating your form and complete the fields.
